Data we collect

Your account email, billing details, and the mailbox credentials you supply for each migration. Credentials are encrypted at rest with a per-job key and purged on completion.

What we do with your data

We operate the migration service. We do not sell your data, and we do not read your email. Messages stream from source to destination; we persist only message-ids for deduplication, never bodies.

Payment data

Handled by Thawani (for OMR) and PayPal (for USD). We never see your card number.

Your rights

You can export or delete your account data at any time from Settings. Email support@mailance.io to request a full purge.

Retention

Job metadata (source/destination email, counts, status) is kept for 90 days after completion for support purposes. Credentials are deleted immediately on job completion, cancellation, or abandonment.
