Service overview

Mailance provides self-serve email migration between providers. By using the service you agree to these terms.

Your responsibilities

• You must have legal authority to access both source and destination mailboxes.
• You are responsible for backing up important data before starting a migration.
• You may not use Mailance to migrate content you do not own or have permission to migrate.

Our responsibilities

• We run migrations on a best-effort basis with resumable, idempotent operations.
• We encrypt credentials and keep them only for the duration of a job.
• We publish a status page and notify affected users of outages.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected migration.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
